Pros

The team welcomed me with open arms, and the training was very effective. My manager took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the systems. Other pros: open-door policy, regular check-ins, constructive feedback, and fair workload distribution. The company always aims to recognize hard work, which is great for morale.

Serving some customers was a pleasure here, but this pleasure didn’t last due to all the work pressure and stress.

Cons

Anybody who says this wasn’t the most stressful job experience for them is lying. The work pressure was always high, and we were mostly understaffed. The customers were often rude, disrespectful, and demeaning too. Their attitude was intolerable at times.
