Cons

The work environment is completely disconnected, with everyone doing their own thing and no sense of team work at all. Coworkers are unfriendly, often openly hostile, and the overall attitude is unpleasant and draining. The manager is no better, contributing to the same negative atmosphere. The entire place feels joyless, with no room for any positivity or motivation.

This place has a nice ambiance, and my coworkers are nice.

Cons

The environment at Erewhon is constantly exhausting and chaotic. The pace is overwhelming, especially during peak days and hours. Burnout hits quickly and feels unavoidable while working here. Even with supportive coworkers, the workload and hours are punishing. More support from management and proper delegation are badly needed.
