      Great job on paper but reality was actual hell

      Great schedule and good benefits.

      Cons

      Kitchen / deli is far too crowded Faulty equipment (fridges, etc) that are essential but never adequately repaired Micro-management to the extreme. Not allowed to get water or use the restroom unless you're on break because you're 'stealing time from the company' Training consists of only coaching about things you've done wrong, after the fact, that you were not informed about

      Pros

      Coworkers made coming to work fun and easy going. Good experience for those wanting to learn about food industry, as ingredients are fresh, clean and organic. Training for cafe in different stations was also fun, you get to learn about everyday prep, what to do during business hours and so on.

      Cons

      Lunch and breaks could be longer. Strict about clocking in/out.
