You can get plenty of networking opportunities here. It will help you to enhance your career later in life.

Cons

The upper management is not very good at offering breaks often. Also, the amount of time offered for breaks should be increased. Otherwise, everyone would be exhausted all the time. Avoid if possible.

Some coworkers did turn into longtime friends. Started out on the sales floor and moved up into their office at store level.

Cons

Corporate is a joke, they have no idea what they are doing and actively ignore issues to cover for themselves. We were never paid enough, never had enough staff, and the store was never given the attention it needed. Don't apply if you don't plan on beign married to this job.
