It's still a good job to have if you're in between jobs and just want to earn a bit for a while.

Cons

Good thing that it wasn't my goal to stay because working here wasn't meant to be for long anyway. There's no good future waiting for someone who wanted to grow here. It's just not the best place to work for and grow

If you want some extra bucks or just want to understand the industry and its internal workings, you might achieve those targets here

Cons

This place was severely mismanaged because, in my opinion, many incompetent and incapable people were in the management. Things can be improved a lot!

- Upper management denies raises and promotions to employees based on customer reviews and feedback. This fosters resentment in the workplace knowing that customers have a say in how far you go with the company
