The only good thing about this job are the people who work there, they make the suffering a lot better.

Cons

The cons definitely outweigh the pros a lot. The managers tend to show favoritism with some employees. Some management are unpredictable with their attitude and cannot maintain professionalism when speaking to associates. They don't care about good workers, only "yes men". They overwork them and abuse their power. If you really want to join these folks, better start sucking up to upper management. Good work ethics, punctuality, and hard work are not good enough.
