You get free food sometimes 50% off discount is nice but only covers one meal a day

Cons

Management is god awful No flexibility You’ll get in trouble if you’re not “bubbly” enough when talking to the owner of the store’s family

Pros

They offer plenty organic products. As I personally prefer always to buy organic products, I felt good about that.

Cons

The employee turnover is awfully high here. You don't need to be a genius tp figure out why. The management and their awful attitude are to blame. They set challenging schedules and make you overwork even in the first few weeks. So, many people can't take the excessive stress and quit. The management must change their approach and avoid putting so much pressure.

management occasionally instituted spontaneous and excessive rules. example: putting a sticker on every item if the customer declines a bag, even if they have many items.
