Staff are relentlessly pushed to the edge, expected to handle impossible workloads with no relief. Breaks are ignored, forcing people to keep working just to meet impossible standards. Those at the top show zero concern for the team, treating employees as nothing more than expendable tools.

Cons

-The entire place revolved around appearances, not people. -Cashiers were expected to smile endlessly while being watched and judged every second. -Breaks were short and rushed, offering no real rest. -Expectations were beyond human limits, and any small mistake was treated as a personal failure. -The constant push for perfection drained every but of energy and joy from the team. -What looked refined and peaceful to outsiders was actually built on fatigue, tension, and quiet frustration.
