The brand image is sleek and appealing.

Cons

Behind the polished front, it's relentless pressure and very little organization. There's no real respect for work-life balance, and burnout is treated as normal. It's ironic that a place built on "health" runs its people into the ground. Every day was a reminder that the image of calm didn't match the reality of exhaustion.
