      Pros

      Pretty good pay if you're just starting out, with opportunities for advancement Work culture, everyone is super cool, made some of my closest friends here Open communication

      Cons

      Hard to take time off, you'll work most holidays, but that's just retail Advancement doesn't necessarily come with a meaningful raise (maybe $1-2 if you're lucky)

      High expectations and low respect

      Pros

      Some of the colleagues were quite cool. I felt good learning about the industry and the sales process from their experience.

      Cons

      The management sets high expectations from each employee. However, the level of respect they show to the employees is quite low. I needed both respect and better pay, so I switched jobs. It was great that I did.
