During my time I was fortunate enough to work with some pretty amazing people.

Cons

Erewhon, at its foundation, is highly flawed, stressful and demoralizing experience both for customers and employees. There is basically no training but they expect you to know everything. Managers have zero ideas what's going on but want to talk down to you and would belittle you. On top of those issues, favoritism has become a huge issue, which caused people to leave the company.

It was still a job that pays so I'm still grateful for the opportunity of working here and even though I decided to leave, I've learned a lot from my position here.

Cons

It's a job not intended for a family man because of its demand. I wasn't able to maintain a healthy work-life balance when I was working here and I didn't like its negative effect to my family and my personal life. I chose my family and my personal life. I chose my family because I know that I'd be able to find a much better job where I can have both.
