Some really good people work there but most of the best have left.

Cons

This company is paying the wrong people the wrong amounts of money; when in a completely vital role you'll be lucky to make 30k while the people who do essentially nothing get paid the big bucks. You quickly realize how corrupted the company is . The idea behind the company is great but unfortunately when you have corrupt, pompous people running the company, any great idea can be immediately extinguished by their poor business tactics.

None as far as I can remember. I had to put up with so much stress during my time working for Erewhon!

Cons

Employees are forced to work multiple roles outside their job description because of lack of staff. I was always pressured to perform at a high level, but received no support from management. We weren't even compensated for all the extra work we had to do!

Employees of Erewhon are forced to endure the stressful work environment and atmosphere of this company. The leadership is often disorganized, and we always don’t understand what the leadership wants. Our supervisors give unclear instructions and are awful at communicating with the employees.
