      Pros

      Incredible company culture and values, positive and fun team atmosphere, delicious and healthy food (all organic!), and solid management teams. Since I started, the company was making steps in the direction of more robust employee training, building stronger leadership and creating a safe and open-door work environment for their teams. As this company grows it will only improve!

      Cons

      Not many. This company is trailblazing and as a grocery store it is doing far more than the average. Working here is an excellent place for growth.

      There are friendly and really skilled and talented coworkers here.

      Cons

      Yes, there are a lot of talented employees here but often are overworked and overused but unappreciated and undercompensated. There's clearly a shortage pf staff here because they usually ask us to cover for urgent projects which were outside of your job scope but we couldn't do anything about it. The management doesn't even care if we have already worked too much for the day. They would just ask you to to another thing without regard to your health and personal time.
