      Pros

      Some really good people work there but most of the best have left.

      Cons

      This company is paying the wrong people the wrong amounts of money; when in a completely vital role you'll be lucky to make 30k while the people who do essentially nothing get paid the big bucks. You quickly realize how corrupted the company is . The idea behind the company is great but unfortunately when you have corrupt, pompous people running the company, any great idea can be immediately extinguished by their poor business tactics.

      Pros

      Hours are good and consistent. Pay is better compared to similar jobs in the area. Management is very invested in its employees and promotes a friendly and light work environment. It’s been a great experience so far. Wonderful coworkers and fair management. Amazing people, best place I’ve worked at!

      Cons

      Not a place for people who like to work independently.
