Tony treats his employees, even the ones that are his friends, like trash. Sacrifices them like his pawns. To him you are only an expendable, he can always replace you without justification. Orders them like slave. He demands things that are impossible and even expects you to work longer hours without proper compensation. There is no wonder employee turnover rate here is high as a mountain.

- Toxic Culture built on dishonesty. - Allows customers to belittle workers. - Poor overall response to COVID compared to other grocery stores. - Expects Membership sales yet does not offer commissions on sales. - A startling amount of fraternization amongst employees. Some mgmt included. - Overall not good at really understanding the view point of employee. Very blind to the concerns of workers in lower positions. - Cut bonuses very early in the pandemic. - Safety not always the most important thing.
