Good energy from coworkers, clean office.

Cons

There were too much office politics. Management would over-promise clients and employees as well and would under-deliver. They would take on way too much work that we could handle. Too many delays for turnaround time with clients, unadequate pay for all the hours and stress that we have to take on.
