I loved the customers and chance to get bonuses based on membership signups. Easy to move up as well.

Cons

Management would not pay the bonuses outright. You would have to ask 5x or more for what you are entitled to which is super messed up for a high profiting grocery store.

Most coworkers are awesome but everyone is treated poorly.

Cons

This is the absolute worst place I've ever worked. The amount of bullying and throwing people under the bus was ridiculous. The leaders are racist and elitist. Management is very critical and even if you are viewed as giving 100%, it is still not enough and you will often be harshly criticized. Stay away unless you enjoy going to the lion's den on a daily basis.
