      It is friendly environment. Everyone work as team and played their role accordingly especially during high work load. Finally every one respect each other.

      Cons

      A lot works being offshore to India and China due to global direction. Create more challenges to reduce local cost.

      Technology Always something new to learn and apply. Felt rewarded when customers were explained the way our equipment worked. Outside the box approach to troubleshooting.

      Cons

      New Company was not prepared to absorb and keep new employees. Bosses did not understand differences between office and field workers. Too much outsourcing, not good for morale.
