- Great hospital system with a great mission, to provide great care. - A large variety of positions to select from.

Cons

- Advancement is difficult, extensive history of "promoting" from within to fill critical roles yet not increasing pay. Or, promoting as interim without a pay increase. Pay raises are infrequent, and generally do not compare with inflation and standards of living. - Some of the irregular or obscure company policies are not in writing, and are manipulated by individuals depending on their opinions of individuals and situation. - There are no merit based advancement, promotions, pay raises, or bonus (except for certain physicians or areas). - Most of the focus for employee satisfaction and livable wages is focused on nursing staff and providers.
