Pay, very understaffed, corporate business,

Pay is below average. Technical skill of other teams is below average. They do not typically invest in education or training, any bonus at all is a pittance, tiny raises. They put too much work on one team. They don't want to hire too help out the teams and when they do the pay is bottom of the barrel so that's the kind of employees you get.
