Pros

Actual work was fun and engaging, flexible hours because they are desperate

Cons

Erlanger is one of those places were a bunch of managers sit around eating free food discussing how to best use tape to fix issues. There is no respect and no communication between departments. Horrible management Horrible environment Filthy Unnecessary stress Never have stock Poor patient care Bullying Benefits are crappy for a hospital Revolving door No communication No degree= POS

Pros

Amazing coworkers, strong nurses and a great team-like atmosphere among the providers and nurses. The job itself is challenging and forces you to "grow up" quickly. Level one trauma center and teaching hospital with a large variety of learning opportunities.

Cons

Toxic upper management/CEO, no covid hazard pay, forced to float to other units all the time without compensation, asked to wear n95 for 7 shifts before disposing of it, one "raise" in the last 10 years, continuously cutting benefits, always short staffed in all departments making a sensible workflow impossible, most equipment is broken or lost, constant employee turnover with NO efforts made to retain nurses.
