      As many hours as you want Good for learning about high acuity patients right out of school The only level 1 trauma in the area Good teamwork on most floors Room for advancement

      Cons

      Extremely unsafe staffing Phasing out PCT/CNA Poor administration that keeps getting replaced Salary not competitive Don’t have access to basic equipment If you call out, no matter the reason, you HAVE to pick up in the same pay period Overall mood/culture extremely negative (due to the above)

      Insurance is terrible. Not family oriented. No raises. Hard to take off when needed. Short staffed. Management is done poorly. Doesn’t listen to employees concerns.
