      trauma 1 hospital offering many venues of service in Nursing; money incentives for good performance at Christmas time, Epic computer system that cross-networks, great options for classes/symposiums for extra training options

      Epic comes with no written manual and no checklist of expectations, infrequent evaluations to know where you stand with company, management is encouraged to be cold and unfriendly

      erlanger the people was good to work with such as doctors and nurses, also family members.

      there was never a place with a lot of downsides but that is what make the place a fun place.

      Great people and respect within the community

      Cons

      Business men and women running the medical aspects of the hospital made it difficult to treat patients. They also began reducing all of the patients benefits. This created a depressing work environment
