trauma 1 hospital offering many venues of service in Nursing; money incentives for good performance at Christmas time, Epic computer system that cross-networks, great options for classes/symposiums for extra training options

Cons

Epic comes with no written manual and no checklist of expectations, infrequent evaluations to know where you stand with company, management is encouraged to be cold and unfriendly

Cons

there was never a place with a lot of downsides but that is what make the place a fun place.
