There is no cohesiveness among staff. Pettiness and clicks are evident. There is a BIG LACK OF COMMUNICATION. The pay is ridiculous 11.18 thats if you're an emt, ma, first responder for nights and shift diff. You may get close to 11.30. So dont worry about the experience you may have. The 11.18 is across the board. Other hospitals i interviewed with laughed and shook their heads at the pay. A break doesn't exists just eat when you can. Always short staffed. Felt bad for nurses and paramedics at times. The manager over everyone never knew what was going on half of the time. She was more worried about what she can catch you doing instead of asking what can help to fix a issue. No moral what so ever.
