Good pay, good benefits, coworkers are good, and the hours aren't bad. Second and third shift employees get paid a shift differential in addition to their base pay.

Cons

Sometimes employees don't communicate well with each other, leading to confusion and double work being done. Employees also don't have much communication with management due to differing schedules.
