      Incredible work schedule, but training can be challenging

      Pros

      The work schedule is incredible along with the manager that is running the site. The job is challenging in its own way which keeps me interested in wanting to learn more and improve myself and skills.

      Cons

      Having to adjust to the different people that are on different emotional wavelengths and not knowing how to respond to nor how to act towards. Different people train differently which can be a challenge in how they expect me to operate without a clear understanding of the "standard" of operating.

      Pros

      Working with children, so I develop a relationship with these kids, they can be so fun

      Cons

      Working with children, I am alot of time the bad guy, and some of the procedures even vital signs can really make the kids hate me
