      Pros

      You can trauma bond with your coworkers and you’ll get some decent experience. Busy trauma center.

      Cons

      Management is now female forward so you’re at their mercy depending on their mood most days and it certainly feels like high school again with the amount of drama she creates. Definitely fear-based environment. Favoritism runs rampant and 80% of shifts are run short staffed. High turnover due to toxic management. More random and unnecessary management positions are created constantly leading to even more short staffed shifts.
