      Pros

      Cross-trained in multiple departments. Hours are pretty stable and they are flexible with your schedule. Great coworkers and decent management.

      Cons

      A very few coworkers can bring down the mood of a shift. Pay doesn't increase by much and does not reflect the increased work compared to smaller, less busy locations in the same hospital system.

      Flexible work schedule and pleasant work environment. Management goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Management had weekly meetings with you to see how your training was going.

      Pros

      Working hours 37.5 per week are very flexible Remote working is very easy The upper management is very engaged with employees. Compensation for work is better then where I was.

      Cons

      No holidays are given to the employees. Upper tier insurance still has deductibles.
