Pros
Orientation and actual learning the job until you master it. it is made more understandable ,communicative mentors and trainors ,i was expecting it to be more challenging since its my first time working in a medical field ,but i guess Erlanger has its own special way to lead and take care of their employees and specially newly hired like me.
Cons
shortage of staff. need more people to team up with and stabilize the work more efficiently.
