Great working atmosphere, dedicated to quality care. There is good support from C-suites for all initiatives. Benefits and pay are market competitive, There is a true focus on patient care and the patient experience.

Cons

Silos exist and collaboration for the good of the organization is sometimes cumbersome. Some IT resources and policies are antiquated.
