Pros

Company really good about showing employees their appreciation. Great benefits. Beautiful facility! If you receive care here (especially as an employee) it is a fabulous experience.

Cons

In short staffed critical areas such as the lab or nursing, there is forced overtime and potentially on call shifts. If/when this happens often it builds resentment between management and staff.

Good pay. If you're a nursing student your base is more, The differentials are also great! For the resource department evening is an extra $6 and weekends is an extra $8. PRN work requirements: 6 shifts per scheduling period, 1 being a weekend shift Managers in resource department are amazing

Cons

Limited benefits for prn employees but thats normal in healthcare Resource department has recently limited OT for PCTs and if you can't work a shift you have to find a trade. We used to be able to just pick up for someone without the trade requirement.
