Pros

- Relaxed environment - Good people

Cons

- Pay is less than average. And you don't get any equity. We were told to look at ESRI like owners but the pay does not reflect that. - You'll lose skills rather than gaining it. - You'll never be on the cutting edge. You'll be very far away from it. - No career mobility, most of the time you'll stay in your same position. - Redlands is just a boring, expensive place where nothing happens. - Technical debt is huge here!

It’s unfortunate to hear you're so unhappy in your first year. We encourage you to provide this same feedback during your new hire check-in so that we can chat in more detail. In terms of equity, please remember that Esri is proudly a privately-held company. Thanks for taking the time to leave your comments.
