Pros
Great products. Most of the staff are delightful and pleasant to work with. The Redlands campus is park-like and feels relaxed. The cafe is a great respite, but can get a bit pricey. Health insurance fully paid.
Cons
There are quite a few employees (20+ year veterans) that are clearly burned out and biding their time until retirement and should have been weeded out long ago. Getting anything done which flows through upper management is slow and bogged down by the lack of trust they have for the staff. Flimsy policies are pervasive and nonsensical. HR is a joke and are rarely around unless there is a problem. Even then, their effort is minimal at addressing real issues. IT is slow in getting back to you and more often than not, lacks answers to your inquiries.
