Pros

Great Co-workers. Great products. Laid back

Cons

Team managers called GLs suck. Unit managers not much better. UMs take side of GLs and don't listen to Analyst concerns. Fair pay.

Pros

Stable company. promotes growth and challenges employees. Company has a mission of making the world a better place. Great people to work with,

Cons

Company is a little bit "old style" when it comes to management. Change is hard (despite what is advertised). You mileage will vary depending on what group you are in. Compensation is not up to par with other tech companies

Over the last year we've implemented several programs to increase engagement as well as help employees be reminded of Esri's inspiring mission. One good example is our EDGE employee-only speaker series. Find out more on Compass and reach out to the Esri Experience Team with any ideas. Thanks for your feedback!

Pros

Company-paid health premiums, 401(k), casual dress code, "the GIS company"

Cons

Limited advancement, so expect to stay in your position for at least 5 years, or make sure you get noticed by Jack.
