Pros

Very relaxed work environment. Greatly encourage personal and professional growth. Lots of opportunities to grow into. Excellent benefits. Work life balance is better than most.

Cons

Pay is less competitive than most. Internal workflows are not documented across the board. HR moves very slowly with career transitions and onboarding. More positions should allow for some remote work.
