Pros

Work security, Big company benefits, Housing is cheap in Inland Empire. People are nice and supportive. Enjoy working there quite a bit

Cons

If you are ambitious and want to move fast within a company, this might not be the place for you. If you are looking for a long term stable job then this is the perfect company for you

Thanks for the feedback! We agree that transparency and communication are important for our employees. Late last year we launched the EDGE speaking series as a way for employees to hear from and interact with leaders throughout the company. Be sure to attend one if you haven’t yet! Great president, poor management and pay

Pros

Jack D has an amazing vision. Benefits are decent. Lower stress environment if you have the right management. People generally believe in the company's vision so they have the same goals for level of customer service.

Cons

Poor management, they choose people who don't know how to manage people and don't train them. The pay is not great unless you live in areas that are cheap, as they haven't figured out how to pay for the market of the employees location. They aren't keeping up with large companies in terms of paid leave for anything beyond birth mothers/fathers. No career path or advancement opportunities for most employees.
