      Pros

      Great benefits, positive and friendly work environment, annual raises variable dependent upon performance, fair evaluations, and opportunity to learn and expand skill sets and achieve technical certifications.

      Cons

      Limited internal mobility to change positions within the company unless willing to relocate to Redlands, CA. Like most companies, your work experience will vary dependent upon your manager - so far I have only had excellent managers.

      Can be stressful in technical support. Not enough perks like company-branded apparel. Need more paid time off and bigger year-end bonuses.
