Pros

- Interesting product for those excited by geospatial solutions and analytics - Engaging work that can be accelerated by self-starters - Nice campus w/ great offices - Some really wonderful people who love mapping

Cons

- Slow environment with little to no best practices from a software development perspective - Large employee demand to work remotely with very little receptiveness from senior leadership - Little to no innovation; technical teams are bogged down by legacy systems

Pros

Great Co-workers. Great products. Laid back

Cons

Team managers called GLs suck. Unit managers not much better. UMs take side of GLs and don't listen to Analyst concerns. Fair pay.
