Pros

People are nice, some training opportunities

Cons

Absolutely NO flexibility (No working from home, long hours) no promotions/movement, micro-managing, you’re basically a receptionist while doing multiple other jobs.

Pros

Very easy, lax work environment. The company almost never fires anyone.

Cons

Low pay, underproductive employees. The company almost never fires employees. Job security is nice, but some people should not work here. Esri is not competitive in the job marketplace. Benefits and pay fall way short of other tech companies. Esri's crusade against working from home has made it difficult to hire and keep employees.

Pros

Variety and quality of benefits. Headquarters is beautiful. People outside of your immediate team are helpful and very kind. It is a private company so there are lots of room for flexibility in career paths and enterprise processes.

Cons

Plenty of lazy and toxic employees in various teams. Micro-managers It is a private company so there are so many non-standardized work processes. Lack of diversity in high-level positions. Very little pay raise.
