Sneaky Company

Pros

Healthcare benefits, supplies, coffee, and facility.

Cons

Compensation is very low, merit is usually avoided, job duties do not abide with OSHA, superiors are all who matter in the company, and the main thing is how bad the HR department employees are.

No Diversity, Equity, or Inclusion Program at Esri

Pros

There seem to be employees doing diversity, equity, and inclusion work on their own time (unpaid). So, good for those employees for sticking their necks out.

Cons

No diversity, equity, or inclusion training. No diversity, equity, or inclusion leaders (except employees leading grassroots unpaid efforts) No diversity metrics at all. Little or no effort to showcase the talents of BIPOC employees particularly Black employees, LGBT employees of color, Black women, and Latinas Not sure I'd recommend ESRI to Black and Latino friends.
