For many years it was a good place to work. Organization has great people who work hard and are trying to do the right thing. There's also a strong focus on supporting local communities.

Cons

Low morale due to sales decline, turnover, and lots of uncertainty. Company is internally focused and doesn't appear to be taking enough action to address the situation. Some senior management members seem out of touch with what's happening on the frontlines.
