      Great Expectations -- Big Disappointment

      Pros

      Good pay - although not clear if it was company-wide. Management shakeup at very top was in process to get rid of old guard and old ways of doing things.

      Cons

      Aging software/hardware with no plans/budget to upgrade. Low morale - devoid of energy. No HR or dept. "onboarding". Received little to no direction during tenure. Had a new supervisor every couple months. No training on proprietary systems. Politics abound. If you were connected, you had privileges others didn't or were 'safe' even if a bad performer or uncooperative with other departments. Benefits not that great.

      Great management and friendly coworkers. They look internally first for talent promotion.

      Cons

      Like most large corporations layoffs are a regular occurrence, but it is handled fairly.

      Nothing good to discuss. Very poor management not willing to talk about the poor service they offer to their customers.

      Cons

      Management ? What management. Employees knew more about the job.
