At first it seems like a nice place to work. The building is pretty and APPEARS to be a professional environment.

It is a horrible place, the interview process is too long for the position you THINK you a interviewing for, don't be fooled--it's a bad place to work!

Cons

Direct managers lack people skills and education. Poor recognition for individuals. Raises are only yearly and at a rate of 2% of current hour rate - $12 an hour = $0.24 raise
