      Pros

      The atrium that you can sit in while you eat. There is also a workout room.

      Cons

      - new CEO is taking away everything. Major culture shock. -spouse surcharge on insurance -no more summer Fridays - being forced to come in 3 days a week vs 1 day a week. -constant policy updates with no heads up. - no fresh food on site - safety concern as there is nobody patrolling the front door, so all are welcome.

      Not really any left. Good coworkers that genuinely care, but are now taken for granted is about all I can say.

      Culture, benefits, compensation, work/life balance, lack of growth potential, executive leadership.

      Some co-workers are great to be around and help keep up your spirits

      Cons

      More than I can list here - no raises in a couple years, moving to 3 days a week in office instead of 1, no communication to management before major changes announced, do NOT care about individuals at all, I would stay away from coming to work here
