      Pros

      Pay is adequate. They are fairly generous with work and life balance. Pretty nice offices.

      Cons

      Long time employees that manage processes, not results. Very bureaucratic and political. If you are looking for job satisfaction, go elsewhere.

      Pros

      People were welcoming and allowed you to do your job without any fuss. Benefits are good. Industry is pretty stable though, so job security is pretty strong in turn.

      Cons

      Very aggressive in terms of its business goals and overall attitude, so if that is not your style, then probably not a good one to work for. Not a whole lot of room for advancement. Work culture is on the lacking side, I think its kind of hard for a big company (upwards of 2000 employees) to really have a culture that builds a lot of true camaraderie.
