Essendant is truly a great place to work. Throughout my time here, I’ve genuinely enjoyed being part of the organization. One of the things that stands out most is the strong culture of tenure—people stay because they feel valued. I’ve consistently been treated fairly, and my work has been recognized based on merit rather than politics. The culture is supportive, easy to navigate, and promotes a healthy work‑life balance. Overall, Essendant has provided a positive and rewarding work experience.

Cons

While Essendant has been a rewarding place to work, the growth opportunities within my current role are fairly limited.
