      Good company but needs change

      Pros

      Good company. Was always known as a company to come work for years without much stress and no layoffs. Stable. Good work life balance; despite people complaining that European colleagues work much less.

      Cons

      However No room for advancement and annual salary increases are low and you will fall behind market value. Most senior positions are filled with expats from LATAM or Europe with insane salaries and benefits. Apparently talent can’t be found in the US. A ton of investment in headcount for e-commerce and marketing for PH; yet no incremental impact on the top line. Minimal sales growth for the BU.
