      Decent benefits, large company, large teams, have some good and smart people, bonuses tend to be decent.

      Cons

      Not competitive on salary, does not care about their employees like the say they do, clearly political, not many growth opportunities, raises/promotions not handled appropriately, toxic environments in the factories.
