Scandinavian work culture, clear communication style, fair pay, incentive benefits, flat hierarchy system.

Cons

Lack of human resources leading to major multitasking, structure can be slow and not flexible enough for changes.

Good benefits but that’s about it

Cons

Company doesn’t pay you accurately, poor communication overall, poor human resource management, HR is a JOKE and not professional, need to actually pay the sales reps, does not Appreciate their employees at all, every year a different direction for sales, products, goals, etc - no follow through on anything they say they will do
